Select 'Europa_Client.exe' and click on 'Open'ĥ. Now that ROE is added to the 3D Settings list we can change some settings. 'Texture filtering - Quality' and set the value next to it to 'High performance' or 'Performance' (This will set your graphics card to always run at maximum performance as long as the game is running) 'Power management mode' and set the value next to it to'Prefer maximum performance' (This will lower the mouse input lag in the game) 'Maximum pre-rendered frames' and set the value next to it to '1'
